MDR Tuning, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, MDR Tuning, LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Adjustments to prices subsequent to the time of rental or purchase will not be retroactively applied unless the original price was incorrect, and will not be adjusted without notification to the customer.<br><br><strong>Term; Termination:</strong><br><br>These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. Nonetheless, MDR Tuning, LLC seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).<br><br><strong>Establishment of Deposit:</strong><br><br>At checkout, your credit card will be authorized for the amount shown on the shopping cart total in addition to a refundable deposit not to exceed the list price of the tools. Your credit card will be billed for the full replacement cost of the tools if any items are returned damaged, missing parts, or otherwise unusable, or if the inventory barcode is damaged, defaced, missing, or shows signs of tampering<br><br><strong>Returns at the end of Rental Period:</strong><br><br>It is the customer's responsibility to make return shipping arrangements.<br><br><br><strong>Returns of Purchased Parts or Tools.</strong><br><br>Purchased parts and/or tools are not returnable except for instances where the wrong product was shipped to you, or the item is immediately materially defective. For these situations, contact customer service to arrange for the return your items for a refund or exchange.<br><br><strong>Warranties:</strong><br><br>1. All products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines. MDR Tuning does not provide additional or extended warranties.<br>2. All warranty credits and replacements are subject to the manufacturer’s waiting period. Item must be sent to manufacturer for verification of defect<br>prior to a credit or replacement being issued to the customer by MDR Tuning. Time varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.<br>3. You must contact MDR Tuning to obtain a RGA number prior to shipping anything for inspection. An RGA number does not constitute the acceptance<br>of the warranty claim without inspection.<br>4. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by MDR Tuning or manufacturer.<br><br><strong>Returns & Exchanges:</strong><br><br>1. Items older than 90 days from invoice date can not be returned.<br>2. A restock fee of 20% may apply to any items returned or exchanged.<br>3. Special order items, Engine internals, and electronic Engine Management Systems can not be returned or exchanged. Excludes warranties.<br>4. You must contact MDR Tuning to obtain a RGA number prior to shipping anything out. An RGA number does not constitute the acceptance of your<br>return. Items must be returned in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection.<br>5. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by MDR Tuning.<br><br><strong>Damaged and Misboxed Goods:</strong><br><br>1. All claims for damaged, missing, or misboxed items including drop shipped orders must be submitted within 2 business days of receipt per shippers<br>records. The original shipping box and packing material must be saved for inspection.
